Return & Refund Policy


Replacement Policy


Replacement Policy: In case of products value more than Tk.2000 only, the customer will get the replacement benefit of the product subject to the following conditions.

1. You can get a replacement for product problems (such as: product breakage, tear, wrong size, product not working, product mismatch with image, etc.).

2. The product must be completely intact, including the box.

3. You must mail complain@dashe.com.bd within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery.

4. You must return the product to the office of Dashe.com.bd at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.

5. The maximum courier charge of Tk 60 inside Dhaka and Tk 100 outside Dhaka will be refunded to the customer for sending the product to the office of Dashe.com.bd.

Our Complaints Team will call you for any complaints regarding products and services. We want to get you active on the phone until your complaint is resolved. If your contact number is not active, an alternative number must be active. You need to tell us the means of refund for the refund. If we do not receive any of your cooperation by phone or email within 15 working days, we will consider your complaint to be settled.



Refund Policy


Refund Policy: After receiving the product, in case of product problems (eg: product broken, torn, wrong size, product not working, product does not match with the picture, etc.) you can get back the full value of the purchased product subject to the following conditions.

1. You must mail to complain@dashe.com.bd within a maximum of 48 hours after receiving the delivery.

2. In case of refund, the box of the product should be completely intact.

3. You must return the product to the office of Dashe.com.bd at your own risk within a maximum of 7 working days.

4. If the price of the product is written on it and if for any reason the price of Dashe.com.bd is more than that, then in case of extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to complain@dashe.com.bd within 48 hours. If your complaint is corrected, the extra value you paid will be refunded by the developer within 30 working days.

Our refunds and replacements do not apply to any offers.

Free delivery will not apply to any offer order.

1. The order is subject to stock the product will be delivered. Due to unavoidable reasons, delivery of the product may take longer than the promised delivery time of the seller.

2. Dashe.com.bd reserves the right to cancel your order at any time due to unavoidable reasons even after order confirmation. In this case, if the advance price is paid, the money will be refunded to your Dashe wallet and if you do not received after courier for product delivery, the money will be refunded to your Dashe wallet within 10 working days after the product is returned to the desi from that courier.

3. If the price of the product is written on it and if for any reason the price of Desi.com.bd is more than that, then in case of extra price you have to register a complaint by mail to complain@dashe.com.bd within 48 hours. If your complaint is correct, the extra value you paid will be refunded to your Dashe wallet within 10 working days.
